HARDBRITLADS.COM IS NOT FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR TECHNOLOGICAL OR 3RD PARTY BILLER PROBLEMS OR FAILURES.
HARDBRITLADS.COM (herein known as HBL) will not be held financially held responsible for lost sales or refunds due to server failure, credit card biller ( CCbill) failure, malfunctioning of server scripts, failure of 3rd party leased content feeds or other performance failures.
HBL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT, REFUSE OR TERMINATE AFFILIATES FROM CERTAIN COUNTRIES.
YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO BE AN AFFILIATE OF HBL.
NO SPAMMING IN ANY FORM.
You will not violate any provision of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 or any future amendments of that Act.
ONLY APPROVED CONTENT MAY BE USED. IMAGES MUST BE SERVED FROM YOUR SERVER.
HBL may provide content to affiliates for promotional purposes only. We retain the exclusive ownership of the images and movies. Absolutely no other content from the HBL member’s area may be used with this Affiliate Program.
All galleries must always be accompanied with a link to WWW.HARDBRITLADS.COM website.
All copyright and watermarking must remain on the images. Images may not be altered other than resizing and/or renaming, or used to create new banners.
You can re-arrange galleries, with max 15 photos or 30 screencaptures. Video clips provided to affiliates by HBL may be cut into shorter scenes but must retain watermarks.
HBL MAINTAINS OWNERSHIP OF ALL AFFILIATE CONTENT.HBL
BANNERS AND TEXT LINKS MAY BE USED.
You may use text links and banners we provide. See our banners pages.
NO HARDBRITLADS.COM IMAGES OR VIDEOS MAY BE USED TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER SITE BUT HARDBRITLADS.COM.
Our preview videos and photos may not be used to promote other membership or free sites. This will result in instant termination of your affiliate account and seizure of all payment due including rebills.
YOU MAY NOT USE OUR SITE DOMAIN NAME(S) IN THE ROOT OR SUBDOMAIN OF YOUR DOMAIN NAME(S).
We do not allow you to use domains that violate our copyright such as “hardbritladspictures.com” or “hardbritlads.yourdomain.com”. You may name a folder on your server with our name such as “yourdomain.com/hardbritlads” to promote only HBL.
NO SITES HOSTED ON FREE SERVERS. You must own the domains/website(s) that you use to promote HBL… NO NING, NO YAHOO GROUPS, NO BLOGSPOT OR SIMILAR.
NO SITE CONTAINING ANY TYPE OF ILLEGAL CONTENT, OR PROMOTING ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Copyrighted material/media/content/images/videos not owned by the webmaster or used without written permission by the original owner(s); No Yahoo Groups (or similar); No Blogspot of similar, No Ning Network or similar. Links to illegally distributed copyrighted material; Warez; Traded Passwords; Child pornography, rape, torture, etc. You will not make the content of HBL available to minors.
HBL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY AND AMEND THE TERMS AT ANY TIME.
Due to unanticipated circumstances at the time of the current Terms and Conditions, HBL reserves the right to make modfications to this agreement when it deems necessary.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND ANY ACCOUNTS WITHOUT NOTICE IF FOUND TO BE VIOLATING ANY OF OUR TERMS IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM.
